Untitled

Drawing: ink on paper
sheet: 11 x 8 1/2 inches (27.9 x 21.6 cm.)
Date: 1981

This drawing shows the artist's interest in line, geometric form, and hard edge abstraction. He experimented with wavering black lines on white paper to energize the page. Cross-hatching around the edges define an inner structure which challenges our spatial perceptions of foreground and background.
