New Haven Bodhidharma Stone
Assemblage sculpture of a wooden rectangle covered in a plain, off-white, frayed cloth. On top of the cloth is a flat drawing of a smooth, gray stone inside a sharply delineated, symmetrical circle. Also included on this wooden rectangle is a smaller, framed rectangle of white chalk underneath the stone drawing. And resting on a small, wooden shelf at the bottom of this chalk rectangle is an actual stone in the same shape as the drawn stone on the top.
